Dale Carnegie Training will give you a complete refund without penalty or obligation within (3) business days from the enrollment date and/or start of the first instruction session in any of the following programs:
DCC-The Dale Carnegie Course (8 or 12 week)
SA-The Sales Advantage (8 week)
LTM-Leadership Training for Managers (7 week)
GN-Generation.Next (8 or 12 week)
DCC, SA, LTM, and GN cancellations of enrollment after the first instruction session and prior to the second instruction session are subject to a $100 service charge. In fairness to all attendees, confirmed participants who do not attend their scheduled sessions after session 1 are liable for the entire fee.
Cancellation requests in our 1/2/3 day programs can receive a complete refund if you cancel at least (10) business days before the seminar begins. Withdrawals less than (10) business days prior to the start of class are subject to a registration fee of $200. However, a colleague would be eligible to take your place in the scheduled class.
Dale Carnegie Training reserves the right to cancel any of its programs.
